Areas of expertise

We advise private individuals on the structuring of their legal relationships in personal areas of life: on the transfer of assets upon death or donation, the marriage and family law aspects of relationships, on structuring their positions as shareholders, founders and entrepreneurs, as well as aspects of corporate succession. In doing so, we address the individual life situation of our clients and jointly evaluate the requirements arising from specific needs, for example in the family. One special focus is precautionary provisions for extraordinary life situations, for example divorce, incapacity, planned restructuring of (private) assets (establishment of a foundation) or also the exit on the sale of a company. For us our role is not limited to working out legal solutions, but we rather regard ourselves as comprehensively available contacts and partners for our clients on all questions concerning the legal aspects of their personal circumstances. As part of our advice, we assume the coordination of experts and the solution of relevant structuring tasks (tax law, management consultancy, re-organisation and valuation issues).
