Contractors are supported throughout the entire award procedure, starting with the preparation of the tender and ending with the assertion or defence of claims before the awarding authorities, in order to pave the way for a successful contract.

Our co-focus on construction contract law in particular enables us to identify and avoid intersections between public procurement law, construction industry issues and stumbling blocks under cartel and competition law.
